Tatjana Schulte: New business models and analysing risk or value creation issues with customers. An international, dynamic team with a flat hierarchy.
Vinod Bennerscheidt: Our positive influence on customers' business development: When we identify risks, they save money or withdraw from deals, for example. If we identify potential, they earn more in the long term.

How do you make the difference?
Tatjana Schulte and Vinod Bennerscheidt: We quickly analyse business models and their underlying value drivers: this includes volume effects in terms of unit numbers, price trends, supply chains and personnel costs. Our multidisciplinary approach includes analysing various areas such as finance, IT, legal, human resources, ESG factors and cyber security.
