Three questions for Susan

What motivates you every day?

I want to help colleagues and clients do their work in a legally compliant manner. It motivates me to see when this works.

"We have a feel for the special features of our clients, based on our many experiences with comparable mandates."

What does transformation mean to you?

There are always new laws and problem areas. If a client is compliant today, this does not automatically mean that this will still be the case tomorrow. For me, transformation therefore means looking every day at where the journey is heading - and how we can prepare our clients for it.

How do you make the difference?

We have a feel for the specifics of our clients, based on many years of experience with comparable mandates. We have experts from all disciplines and provide support throughout the entire journey: from kick-off to implementation of the final IT project.
