KPMG has been recognized as a Leader in The Forrester Wave™: Automation Fabric Services, Q4 2024 assessment.opens in a new tab

The report covers an 18-criteria evaluation of automation fabric service providers. KPMG was named a Leader among the 14 providers assessed.

The report outlines that: “The automation landscape is shifting from isolated task-specific technologies like robotic process automation (RPA) and digital process automation (DPA) to integrated automation fabrics. These fabrics weave together AI, workflow, and process intelligence tools to automate complex end-to-end processes, creating a seamless layer across the organization.” It goes on to explain that automation fabric service customers should look for providers that:

  1. “Support impactful and sustainable autonomy across business operations”; 
  2. “Develop, integrate, and scale complex automations”; and
  3. “Transform workforce, skills, and organizational culture for automation”.

In relation to our capability, the report states that “KPMG offers differentiated business transformation and change management. KPMG brings to the table a strong vision for business-focused automation, along with specific strengths including sectoral expertise and business process know-how”. Adding, “[KPMG] applies its [functional transformation] framework to clients’ business models by combining insights on targeted operating models for back-office and end-to-end functions with preconfigured technology components, delivering automation in key business areas”, and “KPMG’s current offering is strong in areas such as process transformation and architecting of a North Star blueprint for automation-fueled transformation”.
