Sean Tiernan leads KPMG’s Deal Advisory practice across the Europe, Middle East and Africa region and manages the Advisory practice in Russia and Commonwealth of Independent States, former Soviet Republics (CIS). With more than 30 years of experience, Sean has specialized almost continuously in transaction related corporate investigative work, advising clients throughout the deal cycle. He has provided clients a range of services, including preparing for privatization, advising on turnarounds and supporting large cross-border deals. Sean has advised a number of high profile clients focused in the consumer markets, mining, and oil and gas industries.
