Ian leads the Transaction Services team for KPMG in Thailand, Myanmar and Laos, supporting inbound and global outbound acquisition. His key focus is market-entry, due diligence, JV structuring and M&A advice for regional and global businesses entering the region. Prior to relocating to Bangkok in 2009 he was in KPMG’s transactions team in the UK, after qualifying with another big four firm and then spending three years as financial controller of Porsche Financial Services GB Ltd. He is often invited to speak at events on mergers and acquisitions in Southeast Asia.
