Mathieu leads KPMG’s Life Sciences practice for the Europe Mid East and Africa region, supporting KPMG firms in the region, building cross-region capabilities, and representing KPMG at industry events.
Mathieu is also a Partner and Head of Deal Advisory at KPMG in France. In this role, he leads an integrated team of specialists focused on identifying and driving value throughout transformation and transaction lifecycles for companies across multiple sectors. His areas of expertise include M&A transactions - from initial deal execution through the transformation phase - as well as IPOs.
With over 20 years of experience in transaction advisory and the Life Sciences sector, he advises major international groups, including leading players in the pharmaceutical industry. His extensive experience has enabled him to master the complexities of this constantly evolving sector, understand its key players and anticipate its global challenges.
