Ciaran is a Director in the ECB Office. He joined KPMG Advisory in 2011 and has advised clients extensively on the CRD and CRR legislation. He has a particular expertise in liquidity risk management. He has direct experience of working as a regulator and also worked for the ECB from 2000 to 2005.
