      Professional and Industry Experience

      Jatin has spent over 24 years with KPMG. During this time, he has worked on a number of global asset managers, pension schemes, insurance and fintech organisations. He worked in Australia and India where he was responsible for growing and overseeing KPMG’s global delivery centre with over 500 staff. He currently leads the traditional asset management audit practice for KPMG London with 300 staff and is the Audit leader for Asset Management across EMA and deputy Global leader.

      Jatin has significant experience of leading global multi-disciplinary engagements in both the listed and private markets as well as across a broad range of asset classes. He has a successful track record of delivering across various reporting frameworks (IFRS, UK and US GAAP), internal controls(AAF/ISAE), ESG reporting, CASS reporting and the valuation of illiquid asset classes (real estate, infrastructure, litigation, private equity and venture capital). He has led engagements with notable business combinations, IPO’s and debt issuance. His clients include:
