Cesar Diaz-Plaza Perez

Cesar has over 18 years of Infrastructure experience, particularly in managing large scale tolling projects. He also has significant experience in managing and ensuring the successful delivery of these projects, services including transaction delivery, financial planning and analysis frameworks, tolling systems implementations, negotiating payment mechanisms and commercial aspects of tolling system agreements, project finance lending and strategic tolling advisory. Prior to joining KPMG LLP, Cesar was with Cintra focusing on the financing and the procurement of several tolling projects (Euroscut Algarve, Indiana Toll Road, SH121, SH130 Seg. 5&6) and serving as the CFO of the SH130 Segments 5&6 project.
