Peter A. Miller

Peter is a Partner in KPMG’s Deal Advisory practice in Canada and a Managing Director of KPMG Corporate Finance Inc. Peter is experienced in M&A, divestitures, business valuations, fairness opinions and debt and equity private placements. Peter has worked in the Winnipeg and Toronto offices of KPMG and has been lead or co-lead advisor on transactions in Canada, the United States, Latin America and Europe over the last 25 years. Peter has directed corporate finance mandates, including advising independent committees of boards of directors, in a broad array of industries including the manufacturing and distribution, food processing, real estate, financial services, consumer products and utility sectors.
