Tash Moore is KPMG International’s Global Lead for the Transformation service line, responsible for shaping and directing the firm’s worldwide transformation strategy and delivery approach. She leads a global network of transformation and change specialists, driving the adoption of modern delivery practices, digital capabilities and unified methods across member firms.

      As Platform and Business Architecture Lead for KPMG Velocity, Tash is responsible for the vision, operating model and business architecture of KPMG’s global transformation platform. Velocity is central to KPMG’s transformation ambition - a next generation platform that redesigns how the network delivers transformation by unifying methods, technology, data and accelerators into a single, modern, scalable system. Tash leads the development and continual evolution of the platform, embedding the digital assets, reusable building blocks and delivery patterns that allow teams to deliver transformation with greater consistency, speed and quality. Under her leadership, Velocity is redefining the practitioner and client experience.

      Previously, Tash was a delivery Partner in KPMG Australia’s Consulting business, where she specialised in complex transformation for national security, federal government and defence clients. With more than 30 years’ experience across Australia and Europe, she has delivered major change programs, reshaped operating models and advised senior executives on leadership, culture and transformation strategy. In Australia she also led the Digital Business Transformation strategy stream and developed transformation delivery models and readiness diagnostics that continue to underpin KPMG’s transformation approach globally.
