Jochen is specialized and experienced in tax amnesty and regularization including off-shore structures, international tax and inheritance planning / Estate Planning both for private clients and entrepreneurs. He also specializes in arrangement of last wills, succession arrangements, foundation law, estate planning with trusts from a German tax and legal perspective, exit planning, esp. relocations from Germany to Switzerland, Austria, UK and USA and charity planning.
