Fernando has more than 35 years of experience in Management Consulting, with a focus in transformation and information technology services. He has advised companies in the education, manufacturing, services, retail and telecommunications sectors in the United States, Guatemala, Costa Rica, Peru, Venezuela, Nicaragua and Mexico. His experience is primarily related to transformation of operating models, cost optimization, design and implementation of shared services centers and software evaluation and implementation. Fernando is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) by the Project Management Institute (PMI).
