Paul joined KPMG in 1989 following a stint with the Canadian forest industry and a major global engineering firm. Since joining the firm, Paul has focused on providing advisory services to public and private sector clients involved in or with the transportation industry. His extensive industry experience includes policy assessments, business planning, project feasibility assessments, operational reviews, project procurement reviews, acquisition due diligence and project management. Throughout this career he has advised government, regulators, port authorities, shippers and carriers on matters involving the operation and development of ports. In 2002 Paul formally joined the Global Infrastructure practice and in 2009 became the Global Lead for the Ports sector. He has assisted KPMG port clients in North and South America, Africa, Europe, Asia and Australia.
