Max is a Director in the Risk and Regulatory business at KPMG and has 16 years of experience in financial services, specifically leading teams on large scale regulatory transformation, conduct reviews and corporate governance related matters for regulated clients. Max has significant experience in a variety of areas including governance, control function and oversight reviews, past business reviews and remediation, conduct risk reviews, and regulatory relationship management. Max has overseen a number of engagements assisting firms with their implementation of individual accountability regulations, including SMCR, and providing advisory support on corporate governance related matters for Board and Executive teams across all sectors of financial services in the UK and Globally.
