Yomna Khatib is a Senior Associate at KPMG Law LLP, practicing Canadian Immigration law and specializing in the area of Canadian business law. Yomna has been practicing law for over nine years. 

Prior to joining KPMG Law in 2012 Yomna was an associate at a major Canadian immigration firm, where she gained extensive experience in all aspects of Canadian immigration and citizenship law with a focus on representing major multinational clients in the temporary movement of their skilled human resources.

Yomna advises and represents clients on all matters related to temporary residence, permanent residence and compliance. 

She assists clients in understanding new immigration legislation and provides advice on best strategies to obtain their immigration goals as quickly and seamlessly as possible within the law. 

She has experience dealing with matters under the North American Free Trade Agreement and other international treaties. 

She represents major multinational corporations in the movement of business people across international borders, in a variety of industries, including banking and financial services; telecommunications and information technology; engineering, project management and procurement; and mining, oil and gas, and natural resources.
