Agnieszka Jóźwiak

Agnieszka is an attorney-at-law that specialises in labour law. For over 20 years she has been associated with KPMG Law. She has gained extensive experience in preparing employment documents (also for managerial staff) and different types of internal regulations and procedures required by law. She deals with matters related to posting of foreigners and their employment in Poland. She also advises her clients on issues related to employment in liquidations, mergers, bankruptcies and restructurings of companies.
