Lloyd Harriman is an Associate Director in KPMG UK’s Major Projects Advisory practice and a key member of the Global Cities Centre of Excellence. He provides strategic advisory support across portfolio and program management and transformation delivery, working with public and private sector leaders to align investment, governance, and delivery in order to realize complex place-based outcomes.
Lloyd recently completed a twelve-month Project Fellowship with the World Economic Forum, during which he designed and launched a global place-based program in collaboration with the Swiss Government. The program engages senior public and private sector leaders, has secured commitments from six cities globally, and focuses on building delivery capability and shared approaches that support place-based investment decisions and higher-quality living environments.
