Andrew is a Health System Transformation Specialist and career Management Consultant with over 17 years of experience working in the Health and Human Services sector in Canada, the Caribbean and internationally. Andrew leads the Management Consulting practice of KPMG in the Bahamas and is the Americas lead for KPMG’s Center for Universal Health Coverage. Andrew is an organization and system effectiveness specialist and has led numerous system transformations in both the health and human services sectors. In addition to Canada and the Caribbean, Andrew has worked on projects in China, Pakistan, Senegal, Niger and a long-term assignment in Qatar. He is a strong communicator in both English and French, has proven project management and leadership skills and a successful track record of helping clients navigate politically sensitive waters. Andrew’s past clients include Ministries of Health, hospitals, and Regional Health Authorities. Andrew has worked on a range of assignments including leading a multi-national KPMG team supporting The Government of The Bahamas with the implementation of National Health Insurance (please see Our Work in Action)
