Oisín is the Global Head of Cyber Response and Recovery for KPMG International. He also leads Cyber Threat Management as a Partner at KPMG in the UK. A leader in crisis and incident response, Oisín has spent over 20 years helping global organizations navigate complex security challenges, recover from major incidents and build business resilience against evolving cyber threats.

      Oisín has led a significant number of engagements across financial services, insurance, law enforcement, energy and national infrastructure to support clients through a range of cyber threats, including nation state threats, global data breaches, regulatory investigations stemming from cyber incidents, as well as provide cyber subject matter expertise for legal dispute situations. His leadership has been instrumental in guiding executive teams through crisis situations, enabling rapid recovery and long-term strategic improvements. Oisín has led development of cyber resilience programs for multinational organizations.

      Oisín has played a pivotal part in national security initiatives. He led the deployment of national communication intelligence platforms, supported law enforcement systems with network security and accreditation, and served as lead security architect for national military satellite programs.

      Oisín is a frequent speaker, facilitator and chair at major industry events, and is a trusted advisor to boards, regulators and law enforcement agencies worldwide, where he translates technical complexity into structured strategy for business transformation
