Chris helps clients transform their operations, and his focus is squarely on delivering results. He works to build capabilities across the various industries, and helps organizations ensure they get the best use of new technologies to improve and automate their operations.

He is currently based in KPMG Australia, moving from KPMG in the UK ten years ago, and has considerable experience in implementing Operational Excellence in various organizations in Australia, UK and Europe.

Chris is also a big fan (and player) of team sports – whether ice hockey in Canada or rugby union in Scotland. “Working with a group of individuals to achieve a team outcome is really what inspires me. It’s a matter of ensuring everyone can utilize their individual skills to achieve team success as much as possible.” Chris applies the same ethos to his work. Chris no longer plays rugby but thanks to his two young daughters he is far from idle: “They’re a whole lot of energy and a whole lot of fun.”
