Sophia is an Associate Director in Strategy and Performance Transformation, where she helps pharmaceutical, healthcare and consumer-facing organizations navigate growth, launch and market access challenges. She works closely with Commercial, Market Access and Medical teams to turn complex questions into practical, actionable strategies.

Her experience spans the full product lifecycle across a broad range of therapeutic areas, including oncology, metabolic health, immunology, women's health, hepatology, gastroenterology and cell and gene therapy, as well as consumer sectors such as wellness, beauty and grocery.

Sophia is passionate about bringing together clinical, commercial and consumer perspectives. She has supported organizations with pre-launch and launch readiness, pricing and evidence strategy, patient journey design, stakeholder engagement, and product positioning within evolving standards of care.

She also leads global roundtables, workshops and primary research with healthcare professionals, payers, patient groups and other stakeholders, uncovering insights into unmet needs, adoption challenges and opportunities that could improve patient outcomes.

She has a particular interest in metabolic health and GLP-1s, where she combines expertise across life sciences, healthcare systems and consumer markets. As part of KPMG's Global GLP-1 Consumer and Life Sciences Centre of Excellence, Sophia is monitoring how GLP-1s could reshape healthcare, patient behavior and a range of industries including food, retail, beauty, consumer health and FMCGs. Her work includes helping clients develop engagement and omnichannel strategies, design operating models, shape launch approaches and explore innovative healthcare and consumer propositions.
