Charles is a partner in KPMG’s Transaction Services team. Charles helps insurers and brokers to change their business models by providing advice across the full spectrum of M&A, as well as assisting PE clients investing into the sector. He works across the insurance sector, so he can give his clients a multi-faceted view of the market, but has particular experience of M&A in the Life insurance market.
