With over 20 years of experience in the field of technology, Hilda is expert in technology strategy, digital disruption, process automation, large-scale technology delivery, human-centred design and innovation. By connecting vision and reality, she helps organisations develop their technology strategy and transformation in order to move with confidence and speed to harness the energy of the digital age. Hilda has worked with her clients from their business intent all the way to value realisation.

Hilda has delivered global projects working with clients to establish strong technology foundations connecting the emerging with the established, never forgetting that above all, this is about people – bringing deep culture, change and transformational expertise.

Hilda joined KPMG in 2018, bringing with her extensive digital operations experience and the ability to bring together talented teams to connect a client’s enterprise through innovation, exceptional customer and user experience and enabling technologies. She thrives on connecting the analytical with the creative to ensure accurate implementation with big thinking about what’s next – and doing so with passion, empathy, humour and integrity.

Travel with her family, mother to two young girls, playing golf with her husband and keeping fit are passions that fuel Hilda’s work-life integration where “ambiguity and change is constant”.
