Pablo has over 25 years of experience in advisory services, with a particular focus on Forensic Services, an area he has specialized in since 1997. He joined KPMG Spain in 1995 in the Audit department and has been a partner in the Advisory practice since 2004. Between 1997 and 1999, he worked in KPMG’s Forensic department in London, participating in high-profile international projects involving independent expert roles and fraud investigations. He established KPMG Spain’s Forensic department in 1997, which he led for over 15 years, and in 2006 he was appointed KPMG International’s Head of Forensic for the EMA region. Since 2010, he has served as the Partner in charge of Risk Consulting across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Southeast Asia.
Pablo specializes in providing independent expert services in arbitrations and litigation involving a wide range of economic and financial matters. Over the past 25 years, he has presented expert reports in court and acted as an independent expert in more than 200 accredited cases, both nationally and internationally. This extensive experience led to his appointment as Vice President of the Standing Committee of the ICC International Centre for Expertise.
From 2007 to 2020, he chaired the Financial and Forensic Research Chair at Rey Juan Carlos University, and for over 15 years, he has delivered annual lectures on business ethics at IESE Business School.
Between 2010 and 2022, Pablo was recognized by Global Arbitration Review as one of the world’s top 50 expert witnesses, featured in The International Who’s Who of Commercial Arbitration.
