Chris is partner in the People Services function and leads KPMG's national Reward team. People Services incorporates Employment Taxes, IES and Reward specialists and is part of KPMG's wider People Consulting function which also incorporates Employment Legal Services, Pensions and People & Change. Chris and his team can assist your clients with issues such as developing remuneration strategy for executive and broad based employee reward, design of incentive plans (both cash based and share based), related accounting advice (IFRS2 and FRS20), along with option valuations, benchmarking of remuneration and transaction support for companies and management teams. In addition, Chris and his team can provide support and assistance to companies in relation to the regulatory and governance aspects of executive pay. Chris has experience of working with a wide variety of clients, from owner managed businesses / business start-ups to multi-national listed and private equity owned companies.
