Josie has over 10 years’ experience advising clients (predominantly on the wholesale side of the industry) on a wide range of financial services regulatory matters. Josie’s focus is on trading, brokerage and market infrastructure clients, providing advice on the regulatory perimeter and compliance with FCA and PRA rules, particularly in the context of global multi-disciplinary transformation projects.

This encompasses monitoring developments and advising clients on issues such as MiFID II, EMIR, remuneration and prudential capital regimes, the domestic, international and European benchmark regimes and the Market Abuse Regulation, as on-shored in the UK post Brexit.
