With over 25 years of experience, he has advised national and state governments in India and internationally on large-scale reforms, transformation programmes, and public sector enablement.
He is an accomplished leader with a distinguished track record in spearheading complex IFI-funded projects, including transformation strategy formulation, regulatory reforms, and large-scale change management. Nilachal's extensive experience encompasses key areas of India's national priorities, such as water and sanitation, public health, women and child development, rural livelihoods, skill development, sustainability, affordable housing, urban reforms, e-Governance, justice and security, financial inclusion, and public services delivery.
Throughout his career, he has collaborated closely with policymakers, government-led institutions, and international financial institutions to drive impactful outcomes and foster sustainable development.
