Matt is a Tax Director in the Guernsey tax department, leading the corporate service line. With over 10 years’ experience in corporate tax advisory and compliance services he focusses on International, Guernsey and UK tax advisory and compliance services for PE/VC funds, corporate service providers and multinational groups.
Matt specialises in international tax matters, specifically planning associated with investment fund structures, tax risk policy review and implementation, implications of cross border transactions for corporates and individuals (both stakeholders and staff), together with local and international reporting requirements. He has built an extensive network within KPMG to help coordinate advice for local structures and providers with their international tax considerations.
