Matt is a Senior Tax Manager in the Guernsey tax department, leading the corporate advisory service offering under Tony Mancini. With over 8 years’ experience in both corporate and personal tax advisory and compliance services. He focusses on International, Guernsey and UK tax advisory and compliance services for PE funds, corporate service providers, multinational groups and HNW individuals.

Matt specialises in international tax matters, specifically planning associated with investment fund structures, tax risk policy review and implementation, implications of cross border transactions for corporates and individuals (both stakeholders and staff), together with local and international reporting requirements. He has built an extensive network within KPMG to help coordinate advice for local structures and providers with their international tax considerations.
