Joseph Milward

Joseph has worked for KPMG in the Crown Dependencies since January 2019, having also trained with the firm. Prior to joining KPMG, Joseph worked in London with a focus on industry finance processes and management accounting. Joseph is currently a member of both the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and Chartered Institute of Tax.

Joseph’s primary area of expertise rests in the field of UK and Guernsey taxation of trusts, estates and HNW/UHNW private clients; however, he is equally well placed to advise on matters relating to general taxation issues such as corporate, personal, business, and international tax. Specific sectors that Joseph has experience dealing with include residential and commercial real estate, luxury assets, private funds, and heritage assets.

Aside from advising clients on their tax affairs, Joseph also provides family governance and estate planning advice to assist families who are looking to establish family offices or restructure their affairs as their personal aspirations grow in line with their businesses or personal requirements.
