Our vision is to help our future leaders in KPMG and our clients to build the skills, networks and knowledge to lead with purpose and have a positive impact.

      Why did we set up Leaders 2050 in KPMG LG?

      • We believe that the young professionals of today are the future leaders of tomorrow and thus have a vital role to play in driving positive change. 
      • We want to create a platform for the ‘voices of young professionals’ as they will be at the heart of tackling key issues facing the world from social inequalities to achieving the Net Zero challenge. 
      • We want to create an opportunity to strengthen cross-sector relationships and bring together future leaders from a diverse range of backgrounds to work towards a common goal, focus on topics that matter, and support others through capacity building.
