The KPMG Excel Internship Program is a great way to learn business skills, find a mentor, build your network and get real-work experience in professional services before graduation. What to expect from the program

Who should apply

Current university students in their penultimate or final year, with a GPA ≥3.0 . We consider business, accounting, finance, and STEM degrees, however depending on business needs at the time of the program, there may be priority given to certain degrees.  We invite you to apply if you would like to harness your skill, knowledge, and theory learned in university. How you’ll grow

Being part of this structured program, you will have the support of a buddy and a performance manager and get a chance to work on exciting projects while getting the job coaching and support you need. You will follow a training curriculum customized to help you understand the basics of professional services, as well as to develop skills that will be valuable to you, regardless of your career path. You will also get an opportunity to work on an exciting team project that will be presented to a panel of firm leaders at the end of your internship. 

Application process and program dates

Our Excel Internship program is available twice a year, in June and December. The application process includes an aptitude test, a behavioral and a technical interview. Please note that we do not offer visa sponsorship to participants, therefore you must already have the right to reside in the country where you apply.


This program is available in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Muscat.
