Faycal is a Director at KPMG Lower Gulf limited, where he leads the Legal & Regulatory Compliance Services in the Advisory Practice. Specializing in cross-sector solutions, he excels in implementing and monitoring the Legal & Regulatory Compliance activities. With over 17 years of experience, Faycal has managed large Legal & Regulatory Compliance advisory engagements, overseeing implementation, monitoring, training, and the integration of automated tools. His expertise includes forensics, compliance, and audit as well in Luxembourg, the UK and the US. Before becoming part of KPMG Lower Gulf, Faycal served as the founder and managing director of a consulting and training firm specializing in Business Ethics, Leadership and Compliance. He served as a part-time senior professor in the field of Corporate Governance, Business Ethics, Compliance, Leadership and is currently pursuing an Executive DBA in Switzerland focused on Ethics and Compliance. Faycal holds a double master’s degree in business law and audit. He is a certified trainer and professional coach.
