Khaled Khattab

Khaled is leading Operations Excellence for KPMG in Lower Gulf. He brings a wealth of experience within the Middle East and Canada, with over 25 years of experience in management consulting covering Business Process Management/transformation, Organizational/Operational Excellence, and Total Quality Management (TQM). He has worked in a wide range of industries within the public and private sectors in the UAE, KSA, Canada, and Egypt including central and local governments, postal services, not-for-profit, oil and gas, aviation & aerospace, hospitality, large conglomerates, and critical communication. He has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Université de Poitiers in France, and a Master of Quality Management, from the Arab Academy for Science & Technology in Egypt. He is a certified EFQM Assessor, QMS Auditor, and a Senior Member of the American Society of Quality (ASQ).
