This is a truly global report developed in collaboration with the Davos Baukultur Alliance and the World Economic Forum. It sets out a blueprint for how to unlock liveability through place-based business cases and shares a wide range of examples of where and how this is being delivered around the globe – with some notable examples from UK cities. Place based approaches to drive economic, social and environmental value is having a resurgence and being strengthened by moved towards integrated settlements and total place initiatives. It’s an exciting time and this blueprint will hopefully give some clear guidance and inspiration on how to deliver.
