Since the summer of 2016, significant steps have been taken through the incentive packages announced by the Government to enhance Türkiye's investment attractiveness both domestically and internationally. The recent innovations in the Investment Incentive System, including attractive incentives for "medium and high-tech investments" under the "Super Incentive Model," which grants significant powers to the Council of Ministers, offer important support package opportunities for investors.
In an environment where incentive regulations are changing rapidly and becoming increasingly complex, it is becoming more difficult for investors to identify the most suitable incentive mechanisms for their needs. Given that many incentive mechanisms overlap and once an investor benefits from one incentive for a particular investment, the opportunity to benefit from another incentive on the same matter is eliminated, selecting the most appropriate incentive mechanisms has become a matter of critical importance for investors. Therefore, following a general feasibility study for the investment, receiving support from a team of experts on all the incentives the potential investment can benefit from has become more crucial than ever for investors.
