Ramazan Yurtvermez

Ramazan Yurtvermez, who holds a bachelor's degree from Marmara University's Capital Markets Department and a master's degree in Accounting Auditing, is currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in History at Istanbul University. He began his career at KPMG in 2009, gaining extensive experience in sectors such as energy, pharmaceuticals, food, construction, insurance, iron and steel, technology, and manufacturing. He had the opportunity to manage audits for many holding companies and group companies and gained expertise in special projects such as research, initial public offerings, and domestic bond issuances. In addition to his knowledge of Turkish accounting practices and CMB Financial Reporting Standards, Yurtvermez is also an expert in IFRS and US-GAAP. He is a member of the Turkish Association of Accountants and a founding member of the Biz Varız Humanitarian Aid Association.
