Background
Boonyaporn has vast experiences in the areas of M&As, capital markets and derivatives, her areas of practice spans to a variety of securities and corporate transactions including M&As, initial public offering (IPO), corporate restructuring, joint ventures, family business governance and derivatives.
Boonyaporn joined KPMG Law in May 2020. Previously, she was a Partner at a reputable international law firm in Thailand in their Financial Services Division (Capital Markets and Mergers & Acquisitions).
She has been involved in many M&A transactions and advised shareholders, acquirers, sellers, and targets both for listed and non-listed companies in their M&A transactions. She also advised various companies in preparing for domestic and international IPOs and listing their shares on the Stock Exchange of Thailand. She also provided legal advice on ISDA Master Agreement and laws on derivatives to end-users and offshore derivatives dealers.
