      Navigating the new Global Internal Audit Standards

      The new Global Internal Audit Standards, which will take effect on 9 January 2025, introduce significant changes that will impact the role and responsibilities of the Audit Committee. This forum aims to clearly understand these updates and how they will influence governance, internal controls, and risk management practices.

      Therefore, KPMG in Thailand cordially invites Audit Committees to participate in a session to explore the key changes, discuss their implications, and share best practices for ensuring effective oversight.

      มาตรฐานการตรวจสอบภายในสากลฉบับใหม่ซึ่งจะมีผลบังคับใช้ในวันที่ 9 มกราคม 2568 มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงที่สำคัญซึ่งอาจส่งผลต่อบทบาทและหน้าที่ของคณะกรรมการตรวจสอบ ซึ่งการเสวนาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้ความเข้าใจที่ชัดเจนเกี่ยวกับการเปลี่ยนแปลงและผลกระทบต่อการกำกับดูแล การควบคุมภายใน และการบริหารความเสี่ยง
