He has been involved in a number of domestic and international M&A transactions for corporate and private equity clients across different sectors and countries. Dominic is delivering value by advising businesses in complex deal environments throughout the entire M&A lifecycle, starting from initial transaction ideas up to the successful signing of a deal. Besides advising on M&A deals, Dominic also worked on separation and integration projects.
