      Job description

       

      We are looking for a System Operation Engineer to support day‑to‑day IT infrastructure operations and ensure the stability, security, and efficiency of our systems. In this role, you will monitor system health, provide Tier‑2 technical and administrative support, and assist with server, workstation, and platform migrations to ensure smooth transitions with minimal downtime. You will also help enforce security and access policies, deliver user training on IT and messaging platforms, and manage IT asset tracking and lifecycle processes.

      Roles and responsibilities

      • Daily Infrastructure Operations: Monitor and maintain overall system health, ensure compliance with organizational standards, and address operational issues proactively
      • Tier-2 and System Administration: Provide second-level technical and administration support, analyze and diagnose potential system risks or performance issues, propose and implement effective solutions, support ongoing and planned server, workstation, and platform migrations, ensure smooth transitions with minimal downtime.
      • Security & Compliance: Ensure systems remain secure, consistent, and fully supportable, administer and enforce user access and security policies across assigned environments.
      • User Training & Support: Conduct training sessions and provide user guidance on messaging platforms and related IT systems to enhance user productivity and adoption
      • Asset & Inventory Management: Oversee IT asset tracking, lifecycle management, and inventory accuracy across all responsible locations

      Qualifications and Skills

      • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as system engineer or related position
      • Knowledge of IT Infrastructure, Network, Window Server and virtualization (VMWare)
      • Familiarity with IT security best-practices, identity governance, and access control policies.
      • Experience managing endpoint devices, MDM solutions (e.g., Intune), and enterprise device policies
      • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, particularly Azure Active Directory (EntraID), identity management, and security controls.
      • Understand concept cloud and on-prem integration AD DS + EntraID hybrid identity
      • Good command in English is advantage
