The administrative function plays a key role in supporting daily business operations through effective coordination of schedules, meetings, documentation, travel arrangements, and office processes. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, facilitating internal communication, managing administrative workflows, and providing operational support to ensure efficiency, professionalism, and high-quality service delivery across the organization.

      Roles and responsibilities

      • Liaise with internal business units and external parties regarding staff commutation and logistics requirements.
      • Maintain records of deliveries and traveling.
      • Arrange messenger schedules, routes, and workload allocation for maximum efficiency.
      • Track messenger service requests and delivery status to meet service-level expectations.
      • Assign and monitor daily messenger tasks, including document collection and delivery.
      • Schedule van bookings and optimize transportation routes to maximize efficiency.
      • Monitor operational expenses and assist in budget tracking for logistics and transportation services.
      • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service efficiency
      • Manage general administration to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
      • Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and cost optimization.
      • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

      Qualifications and Skills

      • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
      • Minimum 3 years of experience in messenger services, logistics coordination, or related field.
      • Experience working in a large organization.
      • Experience using messenger service applications and delivery tracking systems.
      • Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
      • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
      • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
