We are looking for a KPMG Institute Assistant Manager.

Roles and responsibilities
Design development programs, including but not limited to training curriculum, courses, events, workshops, seminars, gamification and online learning activities.
Work closely with the subject matter experts to transform content into engaging and effective learning experiences, activities, and assessments, ensuring constructive alignment.
Instruct and facilitate engaging and effective learning programs to guide participants and create experiences that align with learning objectives.
Create a learning environment and foster trust that ultimately leads to a positive and productive learning experiences.
Drive process improvement in the learning design team to enhance learning engagement and experiences.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor degree in related fields (preferable in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Human Resources Development or Industrial Psychology).
At least 5 years experience in learning and development, instructional design and workshop facilitation.
Excellent communication, facilitation and interpersonal skills.
Good command of English (both written and spoken).
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Proficiency in Learning Management System and software i.e. SuccessFactors, Kaltura, Degreed, etc.
