      Position summary

      As part of the Engagement & Culture team, you will support the delivery of initiatives that help shape a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace. This role is ideal for a proactive, creative, and curious early-career HR professional who is passionate about employee experience, culture, wellbeing, and new ways of working.

      You will contribute to employee engagement, wellbeing, recognition, DE&I, culture-building, internal communication, and event initiatives, while supporting project coordination from planning through execution and evaluation. The successful candidate will bring a positive attitude, practical creativity, strong attention to detail, and the ability to turn ideas into well-organized actions.


      Roles and responsibilities

      1. Employee Engagement, Culture & Wellbeing
        • Support the planning and implementation of employee engagement strategies and initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction, wellbeing, productivity, and retention in alignment with organizational priorities
        • Contribute ideas and coordinate the delivery of engagement, wellbeing, recognition, and culture-building programs for employees across generations, functions, and work styles
        • Research employee engagement, wellbeing, workplace culture, and people experience trends, and share relevant insights and practical ideas with the team
        • Support company-wide events, campaigns, and activities, including logistics, promotion, participant coordination, and on-site execution
      2. Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I)
        • Support DE&I initiatives and help embed inclusive practices into engagement programs, communications, events, and team activities
        • Research DE&I practices and contribute ideas that promote inclusion and a sense of belonging
      3. Project Coordination & Execution
        • Coordinate assigned engagement and wellbeing projects from planning through execution, including timelines, stakeholders, vendors, budgets, communications, logistics, and post-implementation follow-up
        • Prepare project plans, workback schedules, run-of-show documents, briefing materials, communication timelines, participant lists, and post-event or post-campaign reports
        • Track actions, dependencies, and potential issues, escalating risks and supporting timely problem-solving to ensure smooth delivery and a positive employee experience
      4. Communication
        • Support internal communication plans and create clear, engaging content across channels, including email, intranet, internal social media, digital platforms, and campaign materials, using copywriting, visual storytelling, and short-form video production and editing
        • Contribute to campaign concepts, key messages, and storytelling approaches that encourage participation and strengthen employee connection
      5. Data, Insights & Continuous Improvement
        • Collect and organize engagement, wellbeing, participation, satisfaction, and employee feedback data to support evaluation and continuous improvement
        • Assist in preparing reports, dashboards, and recommendations using survey results, feedback, and available HR data
      6. Stakeholder Partnership & Team Support
        • Collaborate with HR colleagues, cross-functional teams, employee representatives, and external vendors to coordinate initiatives and employee experience activities
        • Provide administrative and coordination support to the team, and contribute to special projects and initiatives assigned by the team or leaders

      Qualifications and Skills

      • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Communications, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
      • 0–2 years of experience in employee engagement, culture, organizational development, internal communication, wellbeing, employee experience, event coordination, or a related HR role. Relevant experience gained through internships, university activities, or volunteer work is also welcomed.
      • Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content and coordinate effectively with stakeholders
      • Basic video editing skills and familiarity with social media content trends and digital storytelling
      • Positive, proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented attitude, with a willingness to learn, strong ownership, and attention to detail
      • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with survey tools, HR systems, design and video editing tools, or digital communication platforms is a plus.
