      Position summary

       

      As part of the Engagement & Culture team, you will play a key role in shaping a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace. This role is ideal for a proactive, creative, and trend-aware HR professional who is passionate about employee experience, culture, wellbeing, and new ways of working.

      You will design and deliver innovative engagement and wellbeing initiatives, manage projects end-to-end, and partner with leaders and cross-functional teams to create meaningful experiences that strengthen engagement, belonging, and retention. The successful candidate will bring strong ownership, a positive attitude, practical creativity, and the ability to turn ideas into well-executed programs.


      Roles and responsibilities

      1. Employee Engagement, Culture & Wellbeing
        • Design and implement engagement strategies that enhance employee satisfaction, productivity, wellbeing, and retention, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and business priorities.
        • Develop and deliver creative employee engagement, wellbeing, recognition, and culture-building programs that resonate with employees across generations, functions, and work styles.
        • Stay updated on employee engagement, wellbeing, workplace culture, and people experience trends, and translate insights into fresh, practical, and impactful initiatives.
        • Plan and manage company-wide events, campaigns, and activities that foster collaboration, energy, belonging, and a positive workplace culture.
        • Continuously explore new formats, tools, platforms, and communication approaches to enhance employee participation and engagement.
           
      2. Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I)
        • Champion DE&I initiatives by embedding inclusive practices into engagement programs, communication, events, and organizational culture.
        • Research and apply best practices in DE&I to continuously improve engagement strategies and promote a culture of belonging.
           
      3. Project Management & Execution
        • Manage engagement and wellbeing projects from concept to execution, including objective setting, planning, timeline management, stakeholder coordination, vendor management, budget tracking, communication, risk management, and post-implementation review.
        • Ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with employee needs, leadership direction, and business priorities.
        • Create project plans, workback schedules, run-of-show documents, communication timelines, briefing materials, and post-event or post-campaign reports.
        • Identify potential risks, manage dependencies, and proactively solve issues to ensure smooth delivery and high-quality employee experience.
           
      4. Communication
        • Develop and execute internal communication plans that ensure clarity, consistency, and engagement across all levels.
        • Craft compelling messages, campaign concepts, and storytelling approaches that encourage participation and employee connection.
           
      5. Data, Insights & Continuous Improvement
        • Analyze engagement, satisfaction, wellbeing, participation, and retention metrics to evaluate program effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
        • Leverage tools, employee feedback, and HR analytics to provide actionable insights and recommendations for leadership decision-making.
           
      6. Stakeholder Partnership & Team Support
        • Collaborate with senior leaders, HR colleagues, cross-functional teams, and external vendors to deliver strategic initiatives and employee experience projects.
        • Provide guidance, coordination, and support to junior team members or project contributors as needed.
        • Lead or contribute to special projects and initiatives assigned by the team or leaders.

      Qualifications and Skills

      • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Communications, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
      • Minimum 5 years of experience in employee engagement, culture, organizational development, internal communication, wellbeing, employee experience, or related HR roles.
      • Strong understanding of employee engagement, wellbeing, DE&I, and culture building principles.
      • Proven experience in designing and delivering employee engagement activities, wellbeing programs, recognition initiatives, or culture campaigns.
      • Strong project management skills, with experience managing projects end-to-end including planning, timeline, budget, vendor coordination, stakeholder management, communication, execution, and evaluation.
      • Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to translate employee insights, business needs, and workplace trends into impactful initiatives.
      • Excellent communication, facilitation, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
      • Positive, proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented attitude with strong ownership and attention to detail.
      • Proficient in HR analytics, survey tools, and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with HRIS, engagement platforms, design tools, or digital communication platforms is a plus.
