      Assist ESG Committee in managing the Firm’s internal ESG strategy implementation;  coordinate and oversee cross-functional working teams’ efforts in delivering  ESG impact and embed ESG in operations process, create and maintain reports on program results; act as contact points for Global Climate Response (GCR) in collecting data from internal departments for Firm’s emission report , gather data and content for annual ESG report, website, prepare materials for updates to the ESG Committee, Advisory Board, Exco and Board of Directors 

      The role will also be responsible for helping drive both corporate ESG and CSR program that includes staff engagement, employee volunteer program management and community engagement to impact local communities which will help establishing KPMG as a leader in ESG and corporate citizenship by supporting ESG / CSR reporting communications and overall programs

      Roles and responsibilities

      • Support ESG Committee on ESG/CSR initiatives, assist in development and implement ESG/CSR framework align with corporate directions both local and globally.  Collaborates with other departments within the Firm and with external organizations to ensure successful planning and execution of Corporate ESG & CSR strategy Initiatives.
      • Develop and implement an innovative approach to strengthen ESG/CSR awareness internally and externally though new campaigns, activities, and partnership focusing on climate actions and quality education.
      • Lead ESG and CSR activities by identifying activities, planning, engaging staff, monitoring and evaluating results and impact.
      • Track and monitor Firm’s net zero carbon emission against decarbonization plan in achieving net zero carbon by 2030. Manage all tracking of BU targets and analysis of gaps / opportunities , managing data for carbon emission dashboard.
      • Act as Global Climate Response Contact for Thailand liaising with internal departments to collect emission data for Thailand (Myanmar and Laos in the future).
      • Gather data and content for annual Corporate Impact Report (Sustainability) and providing information for website updates. 
      • Support preparation of ESG materials, presentations, and internal briefings/updates to ESG Committee, Advisory Board, Exco and Board as needed.
      • Serve as the primary point of contact for Corporate ESG/CSR related inquiries from community and internal operations teams, including manage responses to internal and external ESG /CSR  inquiries
      • Provide other administrative support and coordinator in matters related to ESG and CSR as requested 

      Qualifications and Skills

      • Bachelor’s degree in related field
      • At least 5 years working experience, preferably experience in ESG, Sustainability, CSR fields
      • Broad knowledge of key ESG/ sustainability topics and trends (e.g. sustainable finance, climate change, data and technology innovation)
      • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across diverse teams, departments, and levels
      • Excellent organizational and project management skills 
      • Good personality with excellent interpersonal skills 
      • Strong written and verbal communication skills both in Thai and English. 
      • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
