Job description
We are seeking a Paralegal/Legal Support Officer to support our legal team in contract administration and documentation management. The role covers the preparation and review of contract templates based on provided information, ensuring accuracy and completeness, as well as coordinating document preparation for execution.
Roles and responsibilities
- Manage high volumes of contracts while maintaining well-organized, accurate, and traceable documentation systems
- Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and in compliance with defined timelines and quality standards
- Proactively identify, analyze, and report operational issues, with a focus on continuous improvement
- Liaise and coordinate with government authorities as required, including occasional travel within Bangkok and other provinces
- Maintain strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and document management capabilities
- Apply analytical thinking, demonstrate the ability to work under pressure, and consistently deliver accurate and timely results in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; legal background is not required
- Fresh grauated to 3 years of experience in administrative, coordination, or document-related roles
- Strong ability to read, interpret, and understand documents with accuracy
- High attention to detail, with the ability to produce well-organized and error-free documentation
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively using a structured and systematic approach
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience in document-intensive or administrative environments is an advantage
- Basic familiarity with legal or contract documentation is a plus
- Advance English communication skills are preferred
