      Position overview

      We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to lead business development and operational support for Japanese companies in Thailand. This role is pivotal in shaping strategic sales initiatives, building strong client relationships, and ensuring seamless project delivery in collaboration with specialized teams.

      Roles and responsibilities

      Business Development & Sales

      • Build and maintain strong relationships with Japanese corporate clients.
      • Develop and execute strategic business development and marketing plans.
      • Identify new business opportunities and introduce consulting services to prospective clients.
      • Organize and participate in client meetings.

      Proposal & Delivery Support

      • Analyze client needs and develop tailored proposal strategies.
      • Collaborate with technical and consulting teams to design effective solutions.
      • Prepare and deliver impactful presentations to clients.
      • Provide ongoing support during project execution to ensure client satisfaction.

      Operational Management

      • Monitor project progress and ensure timely reporting.
      • Manage financial metrics and contribute to operational efficiency.

      Qualifications and Skills

       

      10+ years of experience (minimum 5 years required) in one or more of the following areas, preferably within consulting firms or IT vendors:

      • Business development or project leadership.
      • Driving digital transformation initiatives.
      • ERP or global solution implementation.
      • Cybersecurity strategy promotion.

      Language Requirements

      • Japanese: Native-level proficiency (required).
      • English: Business-level proficiency.
      • Thai: Conversational level (optional).
      • Proven ability to work in an English-speaking professional environment.
