Job description
In this role, you will support the development and integration of business solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. You’ll build integrations, automate workflows, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to testing and deployment activities while working closely with senior team members.

Roles and responsibilities
- Develop and enhance business solutions and integrations for D365 under guidance from senior team members
- Build integrations using:
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Data Entities, OData, basic services)
- Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
- REST APIs (basic integrations)
- Support analysis of issues and bug fixing together with Functional Consultants / QA
- Assist in implementing data integration and automation flows
- Write clean, maintainable code following team standards
- Perform unit testing and support system testing (SIT/UAT)
- Debug issues using logs, breakpoints, and basic root cause analysis
- Prepare lightweight documentation:
- Unit test results
- Technical notes
- Deployment steps
- Learn and apply best practices in:
- Integration design
- D365 development
- Power Platform
Qualifications and Skills
Must-have
- 2 - 4 years of experience in software development
- Basic programming skills in C# / Java / or similar
- Understanding of:
- OOP concepts
- REST APIs / JSON
- SQL (SELECT, JOIN, WHERE)
- Familiarity with Git (basic commits, pull requests)
- Strong willingness to learn D365 and Power Platform
- Good problem-solving mindset and eagerness to grow
Nice-to-have
- Exposure to Power Platform (Power Automate / Power Apps)
- Basic understanding of ERP systems or business processes
- Knowledge of Azure fundamentals (is a plus)
- X++ Programming
