KPMG's Network of Women (KNOW)

KPMG employees, regardless of gender, are encouraged to innovate, progress and inspire continuous self-improvement. KNOW is KPMG’s volunteer-led Women@Work group, which provides members with a strong support system and a platform for networking opportunities through yearly workshops and events. Every year, KNOW organises activities on International Women’s Day to celebrate and champion women empowerment through panels, fireside chats and engagement events. Women Corporate Directors (WCD)

KPMG is a proud sponsor of WCD, the world's largest membership organisation and community of women corporate board directors serving more than 8,500 public and private boards worldwide. The Singapore firm actively leads and manages programmes for the local chapter, instrumental in training women for board service, providing board opportunities, and facilitating introductions to nominating committee chairs.

UN Women’s Empowerment Principles (UN WEPs)

KPMG in Singapore has adopted the United Nations Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEPs) as part of its commitment to promoting gender equality and women’s empowerment in the workplace, marketplace and community. The WEPs are informed by international labour and human rights standards, grounded in the recognition that businesses have a stake in, and a responsibility for, gender equality and women’s empowerment. As a WEPs signatory, KPMG champions the seven WEPs, ensuring that we foster a truly inclusive, safe and productive workplace for all our fellow employees. This is not only good for our employees individually, but also for the sustainability, innovation and productivity of our company.
